 How to claim

Email us at priceguarantee@originalpenguin.co.uk, providing the following information:

Full details of product purchased – including colour and size

Your Original Penguin order number

The link to where you have found the same product available (ensuring it’s in stock)

Once we have quickly validated your claim, we will refund you the difference

 There are a few exceptions:

Online auction sites, private sellers or mail order clubs such as eBay, marketplaces such as Amazon,
and private sales clubs such as Secret Sales and Brand Alley are excluded.

Price guarantee applies to UK sites only.

We do not match prices which include the redemption of vouchers or codes

Price promise is only valid on the day of purchase.

Delivery costs are excluded from the price promise

Any price difference can only be applied to full ticket price single items only (i.e. No multi-buy purchases or Sale items)
