Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
No. You don’t need to create an account in order to buy from Original Penguin; you have the option of completing your purchase using our ‘guest checkout’ process.
However, setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, exclusive discounts and special offers.
How do I create an account?
As part of the checkout process an account will be created automatically for you, unless you have selected ‘guest checkout’
You can also create an account at any time by clicking on the Register link in the top homepage navigation.
Do you sell or accept gift vouchers online?
We don’t currently sell or accept gift vouchers online or in store. We’re working hard to offer this soon though.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
You’ll also receive an email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
I have just placed an order, can I amend it?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible; therefore our warehouse will process your order within a short time of it being placed. This makes it unlikely that you’ll be able to amend your order. However, please do call or email our Customer Care team as soon as possible and they’ll do all they can to help.
Where can I view my past orders?
You can review your past orders and see the status of your current order via the My Account section of the site.
How can I order an item that is out of stock?
www.originalpenguin.co.uk is the first and last place you’ll find products in the Original Penguin collection. However, as we try to offer a steady flow of new and exciting products, we don’t always restock products.
During busy periods we may occasionally sell out of particular sizes, in which case we will aim to restock as soon as possible. Unfortunately we don’t currently have the facility to let you know if or when an item will be restocked.
