Moon Duo treat us to a frankly MEGA new single from their upcoming fourth album. ‘Creepin’ shows a more energetic and kinetic side to that dark energy we’ve seen belting out from M.D before.

“This song was inspired by the image of Death creeping up on someone (as in the gospel blues “When Death Comes Creeping in Your Room”), which is just a spooky idea” explains guitarist Ripley Johnson. “It’s about time passing and decay, but it’s also about rebirth, and something new growing out of that decay. Ashes to ashes and all that.”

Occult ArchitectureMoon Duo’s fourth album is a psychedelic opus in two separate volumes.  It’s an intricately woven hymn to the invisible structures found in the cycle of seasons and the journey of day into night, dark into light through the Chinese theory of Yin and Yang.

Creepin‘ is a true anthem, taking the Track Of The Week title with pride!
