Fast rising London based SLOES have announced details of their new EP and mega title track. ‘All In The Mind’.  The EP follow’s last year’s ‘Chasing Tales EP’ and will be released on Friday 16th June. The title tune has been wipping up a Track Of The Week storm since we got our hands on it! With added wizardry courtesy of Hugh Worskett (Michael Kiwanuka/Will Joseph Cook) and Jim Lowe (Stereophonics) on the record, it’s set to be a blinder!

Jerome Clark (vocals/guitar), Jo Milnes (bass), Paul Hand (guitar), Luke Coare (drums) and Katie Milnes (violin)  have already picked up support from the likes of BBC London and BBC Introducing for their track ‘Young,’ featured on this EP, as well as performing for the likes of Mahogany and making their UK festival debut at Boardmasters. 2017 has already seen the band perform live for Dermot O’Leary on Radio 2.

From the lilting, undulating guitar lines, gentle overlapping violin and harmonic backing vocals the five track EP showcases a band equally adept and introspective thoughtfulness and joyous, uplifting, singalong anthems.

More than worthy, ‘All In The Mind‘ earns the Track Of The Week title!

There’s fantastic visuals on this one, with an encapsulating and thought provoking video setting the scene for this trademark Sloes belter:

The band will headline London’s Old Street Records on Wednesday 24th May. See www.oldstreetrecords.com for more details.
