At Original Penguin, the safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority and we want to keep you updated about the steps we are taking to ensure this.

UPDATE 24/11/2020: Please note that our stores are currently closed and will be reopening from the 2nd December with the exception of our Livingston Store, which will open on the 12th of December. If you have any questions please contact our customer service team.

04/11/2020: Effective from 5th November 2020, we have closed all our Original Penguin stores in England inline with the government announcement. This will be for the duration of 4 weeks, and then we will decide what happens next based on the latest advice from the UK government. 

18/02/2020: It is with regret that we have decided to temporarily close all of our Original Penguin stores as of 19th March 2020, for the safety of our customers and staff.

As of the 18th June 2020 we have opened Chesire Oaks and Portsmouth with our York, Street, Swindon and Ashford stores opening on the 24th June 2020.

All our store staff will be paid during this temporary closure


Our online store continues to operate as usual.

We will continue to add fresh new styles to our online collections, which we will share with you in our emails and on our social channels - we look forward to keeping you inspired.


Due to the current situation we are experiencing delays in our international deliveries. Whilst most orders remain unaffected, some parcels may be delivered later than the expected date up to 21 working days. We are working hard to ensure each parcel reaches our customers on time and we apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

For all non-european countries we have increased the delivery charges to incorporate COVID-19 surcharges.
Please be assured that it is our intention that this will only be a temporary measure.

We are not experiencing delays with our UK mainland orders but may experience delays to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle Of Man

To support you in these unprecedented circumstances we have updated our returns policy and extended our returns period.
We had extended our returns period to 45 days. This ended on the 15th June and has now reverted back to 15 days return period for Sale and 28 days for full price.
